I thought it had a chance at VF on its originality and fairly full headress being its a key date. They graded this VF35 if you can believe that. Missed it by a bunch in my opinion. DavidZerbato Pillar of the Community United States 1081 Posts	Posted 10/15/2011 9:18 pm It's funny because I was going to say PCGS graded this VF30, I would grade it more like VF20, although it's hard to see "LIberty" in the pictures. I have been buying a lot of early indians lately, and usually steer towards raw(other than the big keys) simply because they seem overgraded and overpriced in slabs. Report this Post to the Staff

nlp coins Pillar of the Community United States 2373 Posts	Posted 10/15/2011 10:14 pm The only trace of a diamond is the upper most one, the lower band is not full, B and E are not complete and are is showing wear on the lower edge. The reverse is typical of an F15. This coin belonged to a middle aged womans grandfather. I suspect the patina has been undisturbed for 60 to 75 years. Nice chocolate brown color and feather detail boosted the eye apeal way past reality in the grading process. I would have been happy with a VF20 knowing I called it right but now I don't even know that. Report this Post to the Staff
