Something does not look right. I think this is a cast copy of a Roman coin. I have been wrong in the past, so don't rely on my opinion just yet. Wait until other ancient collectors come verify my statement.

Roman coins, being hammered, were rarely struck spot-on as this one is. Looks like a machine-made copy to me.
