Can anyone tell me about this coin? I think it's a Shekel of Tyre?

Does it look authentic or is it a replica?

Unfortunately, these have been made by the bucketload for the tourist trade.

The color and texture of the fields on both sides is a little off putting to my eyes.

In this case, I am unfamiliar with the marks behind the eagle's neck and in front of the eagle's breast. Perhaps someone can enlighten me on these.
