Gil-galad Pillar of the Community United States 2044 Posts	Posted 10/23/2011 9:58 pm I'll have to say VF-20 because the top diagonal band is worn kind of smooth while the bottom one seems better defined. The hair around the ear also shows a bit of wear which I believe is one of the high points of the obverse. Although, the obverse is what really made me decide for the VF-20 grade. Gil-galad Pillar of the Community United States 2044 Posts	Posted 10/23/2011 10:25 pm The reverse is really detailed, I agree. I still think it's VF-20 because of the obverse. I don't think cleaning will improve this coin much (nor would I clean it). But don't get me wrong, it's a nice coin and one of my favorite designs. It could even be a split grade for both side, but I ain't sure about how to average those out. Report this Post to the Staff
