All four diamonds are present, which I believe means "no wear", MS-60+

It doesn't, but this particular coin is uncirculated. You can often see four diamonds on AUs and occasionally on an XF-45.

The potentially unnatural color of this coin still makes it a no buy for me, but if one likes the color, the selling price was pretty good.

UPDATE.
I was too slow on the bidding. I had intended to go up to $27, but didn't make it.
AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHH!!
This would have been my first purchase on ebay. But I did end up getting this.

I know it's not particularly attractive, but it's in our budget right now and at least fills the hole in the album. I think the pricing was okay, but this way of buying is new to me.

Grancap, too bad you didn't get it. It sounded as if you really liked it, and it was "different" at least. I would have bought it too... like you said, it wasn't crazy money. Well, there will always be more interesting coins to come along.

You might want to check out one of the bid sniper programmes available to do your bidding for you so the next one doesn't get away. No shame in using them... why place a bid in advance and tell everyone you're interested in it? I use one named JBidwatcher... its easy to use and free. There are several free ones out there, so see what you like best and give it a try.

Good luck!
