Nickelman, any interest in selling some of your QA notes?

An excellent use! It must be interesting to see all the different QA currency -- despite having obtained them at a loss.

The first clue was holding it up to the light and seeing Lincoln's watermark in the paper
Wow...they went through quite an effort to remove the ink off a $5 and reprint that $100...and well! It looks like those would fool a lot of people, except the security strip is wrong too?

Is it possible that's actually an error note? $100 printed on $5 paper?

could you post a pic of the water mark with the $100 in the picture so we can see the $100 with the $5 dollar watermark?

I did want to do that when I had it, but it was problematic to do so. Unfortunately I turned it over to Corporate since then. But it was just a regular $5 watermark (old style with Lincoln, not the "5" like the new ones) and security strip.

I am surprised no one has brought up the possibility that it was an error, because that thought occurred to me when I first saw it. But after looking at the printing it was good but things like the color were not quite right, especially the seals and the detail was good but not great.

*edited to add*
On the printing I compared it side by side with a legit note and a magnifier to check the quality of the printing.

If the government doesn't care, neither should you.

Except we lose face value for every one we take.

I think everyone should be allowed to print their own money. Think of the savings for the government if they could stop printing money and shut down the BEP. HUGE!
