I think the best way to add premiums to error coins is to put them in an attributed slab. I keep most of my coins in cardboard or plastic flips unless they belong to a set or are a variety/error.

I have an 1897 IHC that has a 180 degree RR.
According to rotateddies.com census, mine is here:

1897* Indian Head 1 cent 150 degrees ccw GOOD R6

But, 180 degrees.
