Probably 63/64, but it'd depend in part on the details on the shield which I can't really make out from the photo. Report this Post to the Staff

I'm going to say they gave it a MS65FH designation. I love these when they're well struck. This one's a dandy in that regard. I've seen PCGS 64s that didn't have full rivets. Great specimen.
