This coin looks like it got in a bar fight. The obv has VF details on the shield and the reverse has Fine details, there looks like there is a big difference in wear on both sides. With the scratches and dents I think the grade goes down to fine.

This really doesn't have many scratches or dents (it might be the photo); I see what you mean about the wear but I think thats just strike.
