It does not have enough feather details, strong enough liberty and not enough diamond details for EF- that's too generous. I can see it going VF, but the coin has obvious problems- cleaning, greenish verdigras, rim bump at 9 pm on obverse (?) which would collectively drop it to F details. Report this Post to the Staff
