This was a newp. I've never owned CC gold before, and this is one of the earlier tougher years with only 16K minted. I thought it was a good buy at a little over melt so I jumped on it. :-)
It just astounds me how coin demand is often so economically inefficient. Those with knowledge can profit from that inefficiency. As you have, I believe.
It was definitely over melt, just not by too much. I looked at some certified examples on Heritage, and I think you guys are right on the grade actually. It seems the reverse rim weakness is a common strike issue.
