For those who don't want to flick through the pages :)
Heres the interesting stuff..

Circulating coins made, but not necessarily put into circulation, the bank of Australia has to purchase them and decide how many will actually be needed in circulation currency. Well I'm guessing this is how it works?

Poop after reading the tables it doest say all the 2011 releases,
Some of the rams head counterstamp coins are missing.
I can see the B was 5,000 mintage
And the M was 3,500? Hmm I thought all the counterstamp mintages were supposed to be 5,000.
Unless this was the number that was actually sold.

Anyway some of this stuff doesn't make sense, are they still selling 2006 $5 coins,
12,500 was the mintage, this year they sold 112 more Vic, 2010 coin book said they only sold 3,002 pieces ( does that mean 9,386 coins are still in the mints storage and you can still buy them!)
How would you be able to buy coins after that year- Are RAM coin dealers allowed to buy these coins?

I guess it should be remembered that this is for the 2010/2011 financial year.

Mintages for 2010 coins will need to be added to those in the 2009/2010 annual report.

Mintages for 2011 coins won't be known until the 2011/2012 annual report.

It would be easier for collectors if The RAM issued a calendar year annual report.

I see coin purchaces are worse than the start of the GFC, shows how our economy is going, and that is backwards.

Mintage can be spread over several years, note that there were 7000 2008 10 cents minted in the period covered by this Report, so the total mintage figures for 10 cents is spread over 4 reports.

2007 5 cents was over 3 reports.

Why would there be 2008 coins in that report?
