Just got this half (AU+ ?) with some missing metal and detail on the reverse.Please give your opinion on grade.

I think at the top of the reverse was caused by clogged or Grease Filled Die.
But I don't know what caused the bottom of the reverse to look like that.

I don't see any wear from image provided. Maybe in hand you can see some.
