When Did PCGS Start Using This Logo?

johnny54321 Rest in Peace United States 4849 Posts	Posted 11/04/2011 9:31 pm That is the "secure plus" holder, where they laser scan the coin, and use the "sniffer" to detect anomolous substances on the coin before holdering....The service is supposed to recognize if the coin ever gets stolen and resubmitted, or something like that.
