Just went through 10 + pages of this thread, wow such awesome coins to look at. I found myself drooling over a lot of the Capped Bust Dollars and others. Thanks for posting. My purchases the past couple weeks have been a slabbed silver eagle and 4 Walking Liberty Halfs but the ones posted here are great!

@streg2 Merry Christmas is right! Can I be on your list next year? But seriously, it looks like well deserved grade. @CoinsKelly, I wish I had your problem.

Quote: , I am open to suggestions on how to tell hubby about them before they are delivered. They are from the Secret Santa of course I think I saw your name on the list, so these would be expected to arrive.......

I upgraded my Barber coins for my 7070; 1892 50C TDR FS-801 NGC AU53 1892-O 25C Clashed Dies FS-901 PCGS AU55 The Dime is presently on "lay-a-way" I did not notice it until I posted both of these in the the same thread; is the date small for the half or is the date large for the quarter? They appear to be about the same size, same die punch?

This is my latest buy. It's been along time since I last bought a coin but I just couldn't resist this one. It hasn't arrived yet so these are the pictures the seller had:

I just received my quarterly ebay Bucks and like a kid with change in his pocket I felt the need to go out and put it to use right away. I've been working on a couple of 19th century proof sets as of late so I thought it would be nice to step outside of that world for a change. I'm a sucker for a pretty coin and don't mind throwing out the price guides when I'm smitten. I gobbled this little treasure up and am looking forward to putting my paws on it soon.
