I don't have it yet, but I won this 1857 Flying Eagle cent on ebay yesterday for $117.

It looks like a nice coin that may still have some luster remaining in the lettering.

More CC's from Ralph- always nice! I picked up another 21-S for my collection. It's really nice for an XF45. The price was nice too.

Why is that in a slab dave, let alone a secure shield. Am I missing something? That profile doubling is nice though. Is that one of the v9's?

Aren't you talking to me, Cascade? I thought the same exact thing. It was listed at BIN $34.99, but the seller lowered the BIN price to $29.99 with free shipping. I thought, why not? It's in a secure shield holder, and it has a TrueView photo to boot. I LOVE TrueView images. At that price something told me to jump on it.

I had no idea this was even a VAM Morgan, let alone a very scarce one. I'm going to look it up. Thanks for sharing this information!

It does appear to be a VAM-9 and Darth seems to have your luck Cascade.

That's funny, ive been thinking for some reason lately that I was going to confuse my 2 ccf best friends either in post or email. Talk about a self fulfilling prophecy lol! I don't even realize it till now

Dave, my luck is unparalleled but I like to share it every so often. That said, I see a killer cherrypick in your future

Here's a few Lincolns destined to be cracked out for some empty holes in my last two 7106 albums.
