Don't buy it. Save money for one slabbed by PCGS/NGC/ANACS that is in good condition.

Like stated - stay away from that - try looking up a 1904 Gold Liberty head and see if that even looks like one. To me it looks like a cast fake. Books before coins - AKA, research before buying!

That 1904 is so fake it's terrible. A really bad counterfeit.

I don't know exactly why but I recently stated a Dansco 7070. Just filling holes with these to match the other well circulated ones. I really love the rev. design of these arrows and rays!

Just bought a heavily toned Mercury. It should be some fun just trying to find the surface. It graded MS-66 FB.

Really nice newps over the last few pages!

Also, good advice for collecting. Stay away from that 1904 gold. It's too bad about the scratched Morgan, but it is definitely a learning experience. That's the ultimate goal, I feel. It's all about the history and learning, not possessing without appreciation. The knowledge is necessary to appreciate.

Yup, just the Seated Liberty half, with arrows, to go. The local coin show is this weekend. So we'll see if there is a good one in My price range.
