I picked up a few Washington quarters that fills a few holes in my Whitman folders. Eventually I will probably get an album for these 90% silver coins.

These coins have seen better days, but it brings me a little closer to completing the 1932 to 1964 date-mint set. :)

Beautiful Eagle, Coinfrog, rich golden tone! Maybe you can polish off that white spot by her upper lip. It's in a bad spot.

The flash exaggerates it - not really visible in hand. Thanks - this is a very tough series to even get a 64 in, much less a 65.

That is a beautiful coin, CoinFrog. Congrats!

My latest purchase is not so pretty. The 1922D I recently purchased completes my Lincoln Cent date-set back to 1909. :)

It looks like it has been cleaned.

Using the NGC grading scale guidelines, I estimate the coin as G4.
(G4: "Peripheral letters and digits are nearly full. Rims exhibit wear.")

Would you agree with this assessment?

(Should I post this question in the Coin Grading forum?)

Congrats on completing your set, coinjem!
I think your coin is cleaned, as you said. As far as grading, I'd say it's closer to a VG. The obv could go as a F but the rev is weak. I don't think it's a bad-looking coin at all.

Nothing Earth shattering but I added this PCGS MS69 2007 P Founding Jamestown One Dollar to my Commemorative collection. The orange spots that looks like toning are from the scanner bed.
The mintage of 81,034 is more attractive to me than 260,363 in proof version.

That's a great-looking scan, TNG. I didn't think that would even work. Coin is interesting in all the small detail on both sides.
