Could someone let me know if the holders in the photo are ones that contain PVC or not?

My apologise for the poor picture quality, but hopefully you are able to tell.

The poppy quarters are in the packaging that came from the RCM. The other quarters are in packaging as I purchased them and frequently see these quarter "sets" on ebay in the same type of packages.

I also have a 1992 set and 2000 set of quarters in similar packaging.

PVC-Or-Not-PVC---That-Is-My-Question

Should I be taking these out and placing in 2 X 2's or are they okay to leave as is?

I would say yes. I would look for holders that are free of PVC. It's better to be safe than sorry.

the holder on the right side has the same structure as uni-master or gardmaster coin album, if it's made by the manufacture of coin album, it should be safe. the holder on the left side is from RCM, there is a thread in NCLT that says it's not safe for coins, one should remove the coin from these coins ASAP.

BTW, those blue uni-safe coin album should be ok for coins right? it's low cost hopefully not on the material side.
