Help With New Hadrian Ae As 25mm

I got this coin to go with my Hadrian Africa Denarius. The seller had it listed as AE Hadrian Africa

But I'm not sure now if it is Africa. I don't see much of the elephant headdress.....maybe very faint, and where she's resting her arm has a little different look to other AE Africas that I looked up.

Could it be Hispania? Or maybe Alexandria?

I think you are correct. If this is Africa reclining I can't see the cornucopiae in her left arm. I think it could be either Alexandria or Hispania. but I lean towards Hispania. The head covering looks more like Hispania then Alexandria to me. I certainly am not 100% on this though. Even worn, its a nice coin for your collection.
