*** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***

I have recently reached 50 posts and I am interested in buying/trading coins with fellow CCF members...I looked around the intro forum and the rules section, but there is nothing about recommendations on how to go about/buying trading.
I don't want to make any rookie moves, so...

Questions I have:
1. In the 'Wanted to Buy' section, is it ok to ask that only people in my city respond? i.e. "Mecury Dimes wanted - Toronto ONLY"
2. Is it ok to offer to meet people to make the sale/trade?
3. What is the best method of shipping if the person is out of your city?
4. What is the best method of payment if the person is out of your city?

If this is already posted, please excuse this topic or move it to the correct section.
Thanks!

1. I believe that is okay, but you may not get many responses.

2. also, I do believe this is okay, but again, you may not get too many responses

3. not sure, but I've used USPS and never had any problems

4. paypal is what most people use on here and sometimes people send cash/MO's/checks

Hi, EY_Pep, if you read the rules, they state you need 250 posts for anything to trade, 50 posts to buy and, 50 posts to respond to a trade.

I'm not posting for trade or sell, just asking about etiquette, that is all. The rules do not answer any of my 4 questions.
But thanks to Adam_E, much appreciated.

1. It's perfectly OK. Keep in mind that this is a global community and you will be limited with your chances of interactions.

2. Same as #1

3. Standard Canadian and US postal service is the cheapest and most used.

4. Paypal is the best because it offers protection. I've personally accepted cash, personal check, Money Orders, and silver bullion as payments
