I just hope they're testimony to the quality/grade of the coin and not the skill level of the photographer. I know my little 89 dollar Kodak can't produce that image. Chancellor Sutler Pillar of the Community United States 1372 Posts	Posted 11/14/2011 02:22 am Well, I got the coin yesterday, and have put off posting this, but the pictures are a testimony to the skill level of the photographer, and don't accurately depict the coin. In the flesh, it's a dead gun metal grey, and there's some significant rash on Liberty's face and head that washes out in intense light. It worth what I paid, I'm sure, and the digits in the date are incredibly crisp....but overall, a 55 might even be tough to come by. I thought about exposing the identity of the dealer, but if you want to know, it won't be hard to find this coin in ebay's completed listings. If they use trick photography on one .... they probably use it on all of their offerings, so it might do you well to know who the seller is.
