i found a coin and would like to know what it is worth and where is it from

i will describe it the best I can

on one side there is the letters RF on the other side we can see 10 Cmes and it is written liberte egalite fraternite and there is an hole in the middle,,, it is also dated 1923

can u please help me

You have a 10 Centimes coin from France. It's KM#866a. It's composition is copper-nickel. The value depends upon the condition. Here are the values listed in Krause:

F-.50
VF-1.00
XF-2.00
UNC-4.50

Though these are the values listed in the Krause Catalog of World Coins, you should check completed ebay auctions to get a better idea of going market prices. From what I have seen, the World Coin market has been picking up and your coin may be affected by the increase that I've seen.
