For example: I use hotmail, when composing an email you can click a button at the top to show which smilies you can include. What email service do you use? Report this Post to the Staff

When creating an email, there are several buttons below the subject line and the one on the right is emoticons. If I click that, I can insert smilies in my email. Yours shouldn't be too different.
