1919-S Dime Question And Grading

Im looking to buy this coin, my question is do you think its cleaned and what grade?

Probably F-12 overall. I'd go F-15 but that rim weakness at 11:00 on the reverse would hold it back. Hopefully that's not some kind of damage. A coin with this level of detail should have full rims on both sides. Otherwise, looks original and uncleaned.

The 1919-S should not be expensive in this grade. I've found equivalent examples in dealer bins priced at little more than common dates from the 1940's.

ok thanks for help, I figured it was fine but how do you no when a coin is cleaned? how can you tell cause I honestly thought this was cleaned
