Was reading a thread on this topic, but it was too much information for me to absorb, without a catologue or webpage. I thought if a Jpeg was provided it might simplify things.

This is a dutch coin from a city (Stadt) 2 pence or boodle.
The date is obvisious (1771). What I would like to know...
Is this a Dutch coin, from a city, 2 pence?

This is a Duit from Groningen Ommelanden, a Dutch province. It is minted in Harderwijk in Gelderland, another Dutch province, as the Groningen mint was closed in 1692. You have a nice coin there
