Wow, never saw one like that (and I'm french ...) - and it's in a very good shape it seems (despite the non-focused picture)

If genuine, in this quality, it should be over 200 euros.

Thanks, it is in very good condition. It only has one edge bump on the bottom left of the reverse. Not sure how to generally grade world coins but i'll try to post a more focused picture.

My Krause catalog has the following values for a 1/4 Franc 1824 with mint mark 'A':
F-$15, VF-$30, XF-$75, UNC-$150
Mintage is only 83,000 and the coin weighs 1.25 grams of 90% silver.

I'll leave the grading up to the experts.

The practical values for these French coins are significantly higher than Krause lists. Use Krause for reference info, but not for practical value.
