I too can not seem to capture a good photo of my Indian cents. It has strong rails around liberty and I see diamonds on her ribbon. I would think she looks better in hand too, VF 35.

all the details are there but there's signs of circulation so I would go XF.

I'm not a very good IHC grader, but here is a PCGS VF35 to compare it to:  I think yours shows more detail.

nolawyer,  -- I guess toning hides the OP's coin a bit, but it's definitely better than the PCGS VF35

VF30 IMO and a nice coin! Last time I talked to Rick Snow at the Long Beach Coin Expo, he told me that PCGS always pushes them higher. Their VF35 is more like a VF20-25 IMO after hearing his comments. I did not go by the holder ;)
