Sorry that I keep reposting. I am new to this and I am having a heck of a time getting good photos. Please excuse my stupidity when it comes to photography.

I think this has more than likely been cleaned at some point in its lifetime. It has great eye appeal and luster. What I can't figure out is what grade it would be. It looks good and I am thinking MS-63?

Any ideas on grade?

From the picture that you posted, it doesn't appear to be cleaned. I can't see any rub marks or light scratches. I am not an expert, so let's see what everyone else says. We may need better pictures. And a picture of the reverse would be nice too. =D

It is a nice seated half, at least AU and seems too bright with these photos to be a natural surface. Keep trying for better photos so we can give you a reasonable grade.

The quality of your photographs has nothing to do with "stupidity" (which I'm sure you're greatly exaggerating ), and everything to do with the fact that you're pressing an iPhone camera, as good as it is, beyond its' limits. Chances are, even an inexpensive point-and-shoot camera can be coaxed into far better images - at least, far larger, which is absolutely necessary before we can make any informed decisions about this coin.

This looks like it has MS details from the pictures provided and I dont know if its the angle of the pictures but there looks like it was cleaned from the darkening of the fields in the open areas around seated liberty that arent there around the stars. the fields look more natural around the stars is what I'm trying to say so I think this coin was cleaned.

It does seem like the coin has been dipped at one time. The coin does seem to be at least a mid to high AU.

Better photos please! From these images I'd peg it at high AU and likely dipped to brighten it up.
