This is in an ANACS slab with a blue label. I believe this is an O-117 variety, which accounts for the weak rims on the reverse. How would you grade it?

I would venture to say it is a nice, well just about VF20. Too good for a F15
|

ANACS tends to great a bit high on these looks like some of their VF-30 examples.
So I'll say VF-25 true grade but VF-30 ANACS grade

Fenton nailed it. ANACS graded it VF30, a little more liberal than CCF would have graded it. Thanks for all of the grades.
