I only went on the assumtion that others are perfectly round knobs and the extra metal is not on the inner leg of the last 9.
The price was right so I just took a chance.

You can get die chips and die cracks anywhere on these coins, including within the numerals.

It looks like the '9s' have been flattened by wear.
