Hello everybody, I'm a collector of world coins and plantation tokens, especially tokens of The Nederlands East Indies (Java, Sumatra) but also Britsh North Borneo, Ceylon, and a bir of Africa en Hacienda tokens (South America). I'm curious or the are any other collector of plantation tokens on this forum. So I opened this topic, so we can show each other pictures of this kind of tokens and discus them. for example some tokens from the plantation Tanah Radja (Sumatra, Indonesia). Here in Mexico "hacienda tokens" can be the subject of a pretty extensive collection. A hacienda is much like a plantation, but more livestock/farming based than what I think of when you say "plantation."
