I also agree this looks like a LDS of O-113.
Some diagnostics for 1830 Small O O-113 R2:
Obverse: Star 1 points to upper edge of dentil. Date is close and low. "1" is high and wide. (Obverse shared with O-114.)
Reverse: Small tine protrudes into field from left shoulder. A2 and A3 are usually filled inside top, and A1 is partially filled. Line 3 of stripe 5 extends through feathers and into field. "I" is centered below "T".
Note: Late die states of the O-113 have a die chip on the inside upper knob of the 3.
This die marriage was struck using Obverse Die 7. This is the same obverse die that was used immediately after to strike the rare O-114 Large Letters.
Therefore:
(1) Some O-113's will have the die chip in the upper loop of the 3 (like this one).
(2) ALL O-114's will have the die chip.
This appears (IMO) to be a nice problem-free VF-35.
NICE!

EXCELLENT photography too! (Man, I wish my camera would do that!)
