after looking at it more it looks like a slightly weak strike(the right side of the wreath rev and the nose and feathers on OBV) so I will go with AU also.

I would agree, I think AU55. There appears to be slight wear on the hair curl by the ear. The lower hair curl is probably more from a weak strike than wear.

 AU55 at least--great coin!  I see something inside the "4", but it doesn't match any RPDs in my Snow Guide Perhaps if I saw a closeup on the date, I could find a match..
