So, I bought a coin at auction that is ICCS certified, but the grade is not listed in the 2012 Charlton.

I understand that the coin was probably assigned the grade after the book went to production.

Since Charlton uses ICCS and CCCS for their data, will the grades that do not appear now show up in the 2013?

The coin in question is a 1967 25 cent, SP64.

My apologies for if this sounds like a silly question!

It's not an ommission.Somewhere in the foreward to the book they explain that there is not enough room in the book, or interest among collectors to include every grade assigned.

There are no silly questions about coins on CCF.

To be blunt, SP64 is not a particularly good grade for 25 cent specimen strikes of that year, so they didn't include it.
