I would like some feedback on coins I have to see if they are considered errors or wear. I still have a lot to learn and any insight would be helpful.

I am a complete novice at this, but my guess would be that they are all damaged after leaving the mint. This first one looks to be the zinc corroding through the copper plating, and the rest appear to be damage. But let's wait and see what the experts think.

Oh yeah, from another new guy!

The first two photos are zinc rot. The 1979-D is just damage and the filled MM is normal for that year. The 1981 is also damage PMD. Cuds only happen around the rim (cud:
An area of a coin struck by a die that has a complete break across part of its surface. A Cud may be either a Retained Cud, where the faulty piece of the die is still in place, or a full Cud, where the piece of the die has fallen away. Retained Cuds usually have dentil detail if on the edge, while full Cuds do not.)

Being a new to this myself. I have questioned myself as I search through many bank rolls whether they are PMD or mint errors. When I do research and do allot of reading. I find out that the ones I have tossed back into the recycle bin were error coins. Visit often here and you will learn allot. Like this one I found tonight while searching. No date can be seen, I thought I saw a number 2 but is this PMD or Mint error.
