There seem to be many shades of grey on this one. But I don't think so. Print out a photo of the coin and draw a horizontal line off the bottom of the two toward the nine. Do the same on the Charlton catalogue and compare. I think this will not seem as high as their photo.
Photos and shadows on the screen can be very deceiving......I am changing my mind as I play with the photo. The best is still to use a paper photo that has been enlarged.
There aren't just two levels of the nine. But I think the tail of the 9 here is above the base of the two....so high I am now thinking.
