walked into the cash for gold coin store and walked out with 1971 and 1972 silver Ike pcgs pr69 coins, 2011 silver Kennedy first strike pr69 and a p and d 1982 mint souvenir set for 70.00

I couldn't believe my good fortune. He also offered me 2000 and 2002 Silver Quarters in PCGS PR-69 slabs for $9 each. I passed on those but might go back.

He had an 1883-CC DMPL in an NGC holder at MS-63- but I didn't think it would cross over. He wanted 400 but I bet he'd go down if I pushed.

wow sounds like you have a great store there. I visited 3 stores from the same owner the other day. The only slab they had was a Silver eagle and wanted $69.99. He was telling me that he has been on the collecting/keeping side of the silver coins he has been buying but wants to get into selling them. I was going to ask if he would hire me so his other guys would stop buying cleaned copper large cents and 2 cent pieces.
