I have been trying to get a good pic of this guy. Seems to be doubling and notching north of mintmark, but I not sure if its just a hit. The overall coin is worn.

Not sure but I think it's PMD. Maybe a better photo would help.

Were MM still added separately in 1983? I think it looks like Die Deterioration - but I'm no expert.

i wouldnt take a picture of it at an angle. I would do a straight on shot angles can be misleading.
