Hello all,
I inherited a Shekel coin. The coin is about 31mm diameter and 2mm thick. Hebrew lettering say "Shekel Israel" with amphora or cup of sort, other side say "holy Jerusalem" with a branch of ?

Anyone can tell me what they are and worth will be great

Hello and welcome.

Your coin is what's known as a "false shekel", with a design very loosely based on an ancient Jewish coin from the First Revolt period. See this old thread for more details, and a link to a article about the on the American Israel Numismatic Association website.
