MS-63 I'd need to see this coin in hand, the luster is probably pretty good as with most CC coins. I'd down grade if the luster is broken up much on the cheek scrapes. With the toning if the color pops nice it might up it to a MS64.

62 or 63 luster looks flat on cheeks and a brokenbut could be the photo.

I think there are enough marks on the cheek and neck on the obverse and the fields of the reverse to hold it to a MS62 possibly 63.

I'm guessing the marks are luster grazes (if those are the ones I THINK others are referring to) so MS-64.

I weigh in @MS62. Typical 1891-cc exhibits excellent luster with very frosty devices albeit showing heavier abrasions than other dates.
