@CelticKnot here is a recent example thats on there now, I have more as I am compiling data from previous months. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2014-P-Ever...em25ab0f2ca7oh and btw, I have data on the El Yunque 5 oz ATB. Everyone laughed at me when I said it months ago, but this coin, while yes, it is UP from its initial release price from the mint, it HAS come down in price from its secondary market high's price wise... and this is because the dropping silver price impact all coins, even the ones commanding a premium on the secondary market.  |

Thanks, yup. I wouldn't mind saving myself $10 per coin... Have you found that it requires a sellout before the price dips below the Mint retail price? If so, that will be somewhat of a challenge for me.  |

Ok, I've been browsing for some of the other 5 oz Proof versions on the Bay. Why is Hawaii and Denali commanding such a premium? Were they low mintages or are they just a very desired design?

They are the keys of the series so far. Only 20,000 minted I believe.

There were polished finish bullion versions sold by every Tom, Dick, and Harry bullion wholesaler and there were P mint marked vapor blasted finish versions only sold through the mint. I would have thought the mint should have gone the vapor blasted matte finish route for the bullion versions lime the Silver Eagles and the coins sold through the mint were a true proof like the quarters. I called them proof because of the SP designation NGC uses. I mean the collector's (P mint mark) version.
The bullion versions look cool, but at the same time they look like a magnet to fingerprint marks if you don't handle them correctly.

I'm guessing It's not a real offer to sell at $90.85 each, but a pre-programmed placeholder when the anticipated first sales date was guessed to be Sept. 14th. The actual true first date of release is Sept. 30th, which means look for the APs to start offering the bullion for presale around the 17th or 18th.
