Ordered my Shawnee earlier in the week, went from Backorder to Processing. I'm having it shipped to a PO Box this time to see if that speeds things up because my mail person tends to deliver packages a day later than anticipated.

I agree that it will be on presale soon but I am leaning more towards early April....but...presale with these over 100k pucks doesn't mean much. The Shawnee is selling right around presale prices after adding the few bucks that spot has risen.

The mintage for All five pucks for 2015 TOTALED 212K....that will be equaled by just two issues in 2016 so they are back to just being a silver play...and an expensive one (over spot)at that.

I just got the back in stock email from the mint regarding Shawnee. They are just charging so much over spot for these.

Yes they are..and have been for quite a while...but this is a numismatic and not a bullion product. Kinda like commenting that the proof ASE sold for WAY over spot ($32 over)..Pro rated that would make the P puck a bargain at "only" $14 over spot/ounce

Yes, I'm quite aware they are 2 different items. There have been times where the spot in relation to the US Mint cost of the P version had a similar cost to the bullion version. So that's kind of (kinda) what I meant. that's all.

I will order one of these. The Teddy Roosevelt will be the gift item this year so I will be sure to put on subscription prior to it's issue. Don't want to go through the early sellout and wait again.

Just received my replacement Shawnee. Another ding on the obverse, about 3mm long and just above Washington's head...
I despair.

I wonder why the mint doesn't check for something so obvious especially on a return replacement. They know you are checking the coin out!
