A portion of the silver sales today included the first 2017-dated America the Beautiful Five Ounce Silver Bullion Coin. Emblematic of Effigy Mounds National Monument in Iowa, its first-day sales reached 7,500 coins for a total of 37,500 ounces.
I did not see any mintage limits of either type of pucks. Anybody out there know the mintage limits for 2017?

My Ft. M tube of pucks is out for delivery today (in a snowstorm)...still waiting for silver to drop but it is hanging in there and slowly creeping upward ...and just an FYI. Anyone looking for US Mint bullion puck presentation boxes and doesn't feel like buying 25...Provident has them for around 5 bucks each. Perfect for an order add on..  |

Those boxes are nice, but the lack of capsules that will fit them properly makes me wonder how they sell any at all.

 I pull my P-pucks out of the OGP and stack them in my safe. OGP gets stored in a box. Haven't done the math but it's probably an 80% reduction in volume. |

I just did the same thing with all of my OGP for the pucks two weeks ago, now I don't need to buy another safe.

I didn't mean for storing them. Obviously a tube would be much better ...but appropriate for bullion gift presentation. A Z5 Air-Tite capsule fits the box..a little wiggle room but still serves the purpose

Foxwoods, I wish that I wasn't, but I'm too picky retentive to allow my coins to wiggle around in a presentation box.
Since the mint went out of their way to make these bullion boxes, it makes you wonder why they don't just go ahead and sell the correct capsules for them.

Just curious but has anyone actually had a bullion presentation box in hand? I tried a P puck box but I don't have a bullion box.If the puck in a Z5 wiggles around I would imagine a raw bullion puck would be worse.
Why would they make a box with a holder that is too big and NOT include an appropriate capsule?...

Who knows. I just take it from the source. Sometimes they make a good presentation sometimes not.
