Quote: I just ordered the new puck as well, wanted to wait on the EU set to save on shipping. Looking forward to seeing this puck. Like many have said, best of 2017. I bundled mine as well. And you won't be disappointed -- it looks spectacular in person.

Check your email, folks!
MCM is offering $25 rebate off orders of $99+; i.e. if you want the Ellis Island bullion for $87.30 delivered with credit card like I just did, then now is the time...

You must be special to them. I didn't get that email. Is there a coupon code? Link?

It was a special email sent perhaps to those who ordered in the past but not for a while.

Bummer. I guess that I'm buying too much from them. Perhaps next time.

I am glad I saw that above omxfl ! I saved $25.00 I am partial to the effigy mounds and found a 2017 MS69 NGC slabber listed at $144.95 for $119.95 shipped. I made a mistake in ordering. I really wanted the 2017 P SP69 and could have gotten that for probably another 10 or 15 bucks. I hope I am not disappointed in the shiny version. I'm sure I just shot myself in the foot buying the bullion coin. What do you guys think? This is my first 5 oz ATB, I don't regret the Iowa Effigy Mounds design but I worry it will be a dud. It sold out already, I bought direct from MCM website and see the inventory must be linked directly to ebay and the amount they have available. When I found my "puck" on ebay there was still one left but now there are none left. Now I cannot find it on MCM's page any more. This is it. I see they note this in the description: Quote: The grade and designation of Mint State 69 Deep Proof Like First releases! This coin achieved the fine grade of Mint State 69 within the first month of release by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC). The grade speaks of a well-struck coin with only small, nearly imperceptible blemishes on its surface.

Anyways, for Bret ... When I went to the MCM page. A pop up soon appeared and asked if I wanted free shipping. I clicked NO THANKS. Then a little while later a pop up offered me $25.00 off and I clicked YES. Then I went shopping for the ATB and it had free shipping anyway. Had I clicked YES for my first pop up, I may not have gotten the second pop up for $25.00 off. Maybe, maybe not. I felt like a fish being thrown a lure and bit on the second cast. If I would have declined that one the next pop up might have been "Would you like a brand new car free with your order?"

If you didn't get the email, use a browser you haven't used before (usually several will be installed on your computer/laptop), then go to MCM. Browse the site and after a 2-3 minutes you should see this screen pop up: Then click on $25 off and enter an email address you haven't used before. The discount will be applied automatically. I know, it's a bit cheeky to do the above...

That's exactly what I did. Forgot about the email address but I put in one I don't use and it happened just like omxfl said.

Ellis Island bullion is on presale at various dealers. Cheapest I saw is around $106, about $4/oz over spot.

Where did you see that $104? I did a check yesterday (six dealers) and the cheapest I could find was $111 for a single..highest was $117.50 I ordered my tube (pre-sale) from SD on July 12th. Can't give that price 'cuz it would be bragging Edited: Just checked SD..down to $108 from $111

Patience is required with the Ellis Island bullion and for two reasons: 1. Silver will drop again - eventually... I should have bought my roll when silver spot was at $16.20/oz (I think this is when you bought, Foxwoods Man). But the overall "crowd sentiment" is net long, which means spot is going to fall again (check sites like dailyfx.com if you don't know what I mean). ;) 2. This bullion will have the highest mintage of the 2017 ATB bullion. In fact, the US Mint already minted 29.5k ( https://www.usmint.gov/bullion-sale...ssoldyear=), and this is some two weeks before it will become officially available. I'll wait for a "daily deal" on ebay. In the past, APMEX had the ATB bullion fairly cheap on there. You just have to check this site ( https://www.ebay.com/deals/other-deals/coins) every 2-3 days. In the meantime, BGASC http://www.bgasc.com/product/2017-e...ilver-coins) is still the cheapest, esp. considering you also get a free capsule & delivery.

The US Mint updated the Ellis Island bullion sales figure to 39.5k now (was 29.5k this morning). It has already overtaken Effigy Mounds.
Meanwhile Harpers Ferry saw another increase - up to 48k now.

Good pick up on those Ellis numbers....this will be a make up mintage issue and could go higher. I would hold off on buying any extras
