I am still too new to this hobby and found this today. Still learning the difference in error and PMD. The mark inside doesn't expose any zinc which is why I am second guessing this. Plus the mark along the capital steps appears to show some out flow.And one of the pillers seems to be stamped on top of mark. Not sure of what this is.

Looks like a side cut pliers damaged it. The rim is crimped which would indicate damage.

I agree when I saw the rim damage it's PMD. But in the 6th pic down it appears the top right pillar to be on top of the mark instead of the mark on top of pillar which is why I thought it was unusual. Thanks guys
