I like VF-20 for this "cutie". A very nice example of the coin type with just one small obverse rim ding but few other scratches or gouges.

I think its around VF, the color patterns on this coin especially around the star make it look like someone heat treated this coin IMO possibly trying to tone it or remove some of the encrustation.
