Both coins posted as the subject of this thread are strike doubled - there will be no information on them online because they are not die varieties. Both do also appear to be struck off enough to be considered double struck in collar which does offer some modest value to some collectors...a buck or two for curiosity sake. But neither of these are valuable doubled dies.
