I found this last night while going through a circulated roll. I looks as though the eye/eyebrow may be doubled one below the other, but I may just be seeing things. Any opinions?

Looks like a well placed hit on the coin to me. if the mark you are referring to on the cheek were a second eye there would certainly be signs of doubling in other, higher relief areas - like the ear, jaw line, etc. Nothing that strong would only show in one area of the coin. I believe what you are seeing is actually an optical illusion and is sunken down into the coin - a hit - not raised.

Well, it certainly wouldn't be my first "optical delusion". ;?) I put it off to the side until I can get a better magnifier. I appreciate you chiming it and helping. Thanks!
