I am going to be sorting through 10 boxes of Kennedy halves, any particular years other than the silver ones that I should be taking out?

None, put them all back for the rest of us. :)

Outside of silver I pull out proofs, commemoratives, 1987(not that I've found any yet), and anything perty looking 2006 and newer.

I used to save the errors, NIFC, clad proof and '87's. They started to pile up and took up too much space, so I tossed 'em back. Now I keep only the silvers.
